Nobody praises a renewal page or a 404, but their absence is felt. Each edge case and every email is a branded surface, written in the same warm, plainly-worded editorial voice as the lessons. No fake urgency, no exclamation points, no customer-service script.

POLICY
No self-serve refunds. There is no automatic refund window, which removes any "take the course free, then refund" loophole. Refunds are reviewed individually by the team through admin. What learners can self-serve is their annual renewal: keep it, move to a lower returning rate, or turn it off so access simply runs out at period end.
